All orders are dispatched within 1 business day. You will receive tracking details from Australia Post once your order has been shipped.
Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Express post with Australia Post for a charge of $15 per parcel and require a signature on delivery. All orders over $100 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. This will automatically apply at the cart during checkout process. You can expect your parcel within 1-3 business days from dispatch.
We use Standard post with Australia Post for our international shipping. All orders with a delivery location outside Australia will receive a charge of $35 per parcel and require a signature on delivery. All orders over $200 will receive complimentary shipping. This will automatically apply at the cart during checkout process. Please note this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Dula does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Due to Covid-19 shipping may take longer than usual for some countries.

Ensure a safe delivery
If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, dula will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request ‘safedrop’ dula will not be held liable for missing parcels.
All dula orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a second notification email with tracking details on dispatch from Australia Post. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied or change your mind and no longer want a full priced item(s) purchased from www.dulaaustralia.com, we can provide an exchange or credit in accordance with the following policy.
Please contact us with your order number, full name, and the reason of exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition, with all swing tags attached. Dula holds the right to refuse an exchange if a product is returned damaged or soiled.
Return packages must be shipped using a trackable postage method. Dula will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit so make sure to hold onto your tracking number.
Customers will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping when exchanging.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchange or credit on sale items.
Dula will assist you with exchanging garments for an alternative size or colour where available. If stock is limited and we are unable to fulfil your requested exchange, we will contact you to arrange a credit.
Credit vouchers are provided as E-vouchers, with a unique code sent to your email address when used to order online. They are valid for 90 days, and can be redeemed at www.dulaaustralia.com.
Here at dula we take immense pride in the quality of our products and exercise the utmost care to ensure that each dula wear piece is quality checked prior to shipment. However, if you believe the item purchased has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with an explanation and a photo of the issue. If deemed a manufacturing fault, we will send you a pre-paid bag to return the product, and once received, we will happily organise a replacement or refund.
Personal wear and tear are not considered a manufacturing fault.
